1. Company Overview

Graphi Hub (hereinafter referred to as "the Company," "we," "us," or "our") is a creative technology agency headquartered in H-13 Islamabad, Pakistan. We provide professional services including graphic design, web design & development, mobile app development, software development, SaaS product development, CMS & eCommerce solutions, and API development.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or placing any order/request with Graphi Hub, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age or have obtained parental/guardian consent.
• You have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement on behalf of yourself or your organization.
• You accept these Terms & Conditions in full, including our Privacy Policy.

3. Services Provided

Graphi Hub offers, but is not limited to, the following services:

• Graphic Design (logos, branding, print materials, social media creatives)
• Web Design & Development (custom websites, landing pages, UI/UX design)
• Mobile Application Development (iOS & Android)
• Software & SaaS Product Development
• eCommerce & CMS Solutions (WooCommerce, Shopify, WordPress, etc.)
• API Development & Integration
• SEO & Digital Marketing Consultation

All service scopes, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual project agreements or proposals provided to the client prior to commencement of work.

4. Project Engagement & Payment

• All projects require a written or electronic confirmation of the agreed scope before work begins.
• A deposit (as specified in your project proposal) is required prior to commencement of any project.
• Remaining balances are due upon project completion or as outlined in milestone-based agreements.
• Graphi Hub reserves the right to pause or discontinue work if payments are overdue by more than 7 business days.
• All prices are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or US Dollars (USD) as specified in the proposal. Prices are subject to applicable taxes.
• Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and are only applicable under circumstances outlined therein.

5. Client Responsibilities

To ensure timely and quality delivery, the client agrees to:

• Provide all required content, materials, assets, and feedback within the agreed timeframes.
• Appoint a designated point of contact for project communication.
• Review and approve deliverables within 5 business days of submission, unless otherwise agreed.
• Ensure all materials provided to Graphi Hub are original, legally owned, or properly licensed.

Delays caused by the client's failure to provide materials or approvals may result in revised timelines and additional costs.

6. Revisions & Change Requests

• Each project package includes a defined number of revision rounds as stated in the proposal.
• Additional revisions beyond the agreed number will be billed at our standard hourly rate.
• Significant changes to the project scope (scope creep) will require a revised proposal and may affect delivery timelines and cost.

7. Intellectual Property & Ownership

• Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives full ownership rights to the final agreed deliverables.
• Graphi Hub retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio, case studies, social media, and marketing materials, unless the client requests otherwise in writing prior to project commencement.
• Any third-party assets (stock images, fonts, libraries) used are subject to their respective licenses, which will be communicated to the client.
• All source files, drafts, and preliminary work remain the property of Graphi Hub until full payment is received.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential all proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of a project. Graphi Hub will not disclose client-specific business information to third parties without explicit written consent, except as required by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

Graphi Hub shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
• Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.
• Issues arising from third-party platforms, hosting providers, or tools used in conjunction with our deliverables.
• Errors or inaccuracies in materials provided by the client.

Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific service in question.

10. Website Use

• You may not use this website for any unlawful purpose or in a manner that could damage, disable, or impair the site.
• Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of any content on this website is strictly prohibited.
• Graphi Hub reserves the right to modify or discontinue website content at any time without prior notice.

11. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites for informational purposes. Graphi Hub is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any external websites. Accessing third-party links is done at your own risk.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with 7 days' written notice. In the event of termination:

• The client is liable for all work completed up to the date of termination.
• Deposits are non-refundable unless Graphi Hub is at fault for the termination.
• Graphi Hub will provide all completed work files upon receipt of outstanding payment.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Islamabad, Pakistan.

14. Amendments

Graphi Hub reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our website or services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
